​Payment and Shipping

 

Processing time is about 4 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipment. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, unless a different shipping option was purchased at checkout.  First Class shipping typically takes 3-5 days for delivery after the order is shipped.  Priority mail shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking, and if applicable, insurance information. First Class Mail includes a tracking number, but not additional insurance, Priority Mail includes both a tracking number and $50.00 insurance coverage, 

Please note that weather and federal holidays do impact delivery time frames.

International orders are shipped First Class International and typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Once shipped, international orders can be held in customs, creating additional delays. Thank you in advance for your patience with international orders. 

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct. DB Beading is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed on purchase orders. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact DB Beading at dbbeading@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Buyers are responsible for additional shipping costs of reshipped orders.

DB Beading is not responsible for any customs, import, or duty fees associated with packages.

​Returns & Refunds

 

When you buy a piece from the website you will be getting the exact piece that you see.  If the piece does not meet your expectations we will make a refund if the piece is returned in the exact condition you received it and it is unused within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping charges is your responsibility.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by you on purchase orders.  Special orders are non-refundable due to the fact that they are made to your specifications, colors, & style.

Returns that are damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

Privacy Policy

All the information you provide to us will never be shared with anyone.  Information will only be used for your purchases.  We will use information to let you know about new pieces we create or upcoming sales.  If you wish not to receive information you can e-mail us to opt out of these notifications.

 

Custom Orders

If you would like to place a custom order, we are happy to collaborate with you! Go to the "Contact" Tab and fill out our form or email us. We will respond as soon as possible and reach out to you to set up a consultation. Please be patient as we have many orders to fill and creating the perfect piece for you takes time! We will give you a rough time estimate on the production of your piece and can send email updates as we go to make sure it is to your liking.

We do not accept returns or give refunds on custom orders because they are made to your specifications.
